Hey! I’m I’yhania, a BCBA with a passion for supporting future behavior analysts and everyday folks on their wellness journey.

Through supervision, digital tools, and real talk, I help trainees build confidence in the field of ABA.

That’s not all I do. I also use behavior science to support people navigating stress, emotional regulation, burnout, and finding balance. I am passionate about blending wellness with practical strategies that actually work.

Supervision/ Mentorship

Supervision and mentorship for student analysts and RBTs focused on real-world application, clinical confidence, and ethical growth. Includes task list support, fieldwork guidance, and values-driven coaching.

1:1 Behavior Coaching

Personalized coaching to support daily routines, emotional regulation, and real-life behavior goals for both caregivers and teens. Sessions focus on building structure at home, improving communication, and increasing self-management skills — all through a compassionate, ABA-informed approach.

Health & Wellness

1:1 support for anyone working on personal behavior goals like procrastination, wellness habits, or daily structure. Coaching provides practical tools and accountability to create lasting change.
