These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all services, supervision, memberships, digital products, resources, and related offerings provided by Your ABA Space (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, enrolling, or using our services or products, you agree to these Terms in full.
Your ABA Space provides:
Supervision services for BCBA, BCaBA, QBA, and IBA candidates in alignment with current BACB® and QABA fieldwork requirements.
Digital products and memberships, including workbooks, templates, toolkits, guides, and online resources.
Coaching, training, and educational services offered through group or individual sessions.
Supervision is offered in accordance with BACB® and QABA guidelines but is not a guarantee of certification, passing the exam, or future employment.
It is the responsibility of the supervisee to ensure compliance with certification requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and submit required logs.
Supervision fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Missed or late sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded.
The supervisor reserves the right to discontinue services due to ethical violations, lack of communication, or failure to meet expectations. Documentation of completed hours will still be provided in such cases.
3. Digital Products and Memberships
All digital products, including templates, toolkits, and downloadable resources, are provided for personal and professional use only.
Purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Memberships may be canceled at any time; however, access ends at the close of the paid billing period.
Sharing login credentials, files, or membership access with others is strictly prohibited.
All content, materials, templates, workbooks, supervision resources, training materials, and digital products provided by Your ABA Space are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal and professional development.
You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any materials without express written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
Payments for supervision, memberships, or digital products must be made through approved third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Payhip).
All fees are due as stated at the time of purchase.
Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Supervision and digital products are non-refundable once billed or downloaded.
Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds may only be granted at the Company’s sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
We collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such data practices.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Your ABA Space is not liable for exam outcomes, employment opportunities, or certification decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services if you violate these Terms, including:
Misuse of supervision services
Unauthorized use or sharing of intellectual property
Non-payment or fraudulent activity
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State of Incorporation/Operation], without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
